Range of audit services:

– audit of financial statements of LLP «Mangyshlak-Munai» for the period from 01.01.2022-30.06.2022, from 01.01.2022-30.09.2022, and from 01.01.2022-31.12.2022;

– audit of financial statements of LLP «Mangyshlak-Munai» for the period from 01.01.2023-30.06.2023, from 01.01.2023-30.09.2023, and from 01.01.2023-31.12.2023.

The amount allocated for the procurement of audit services is:

– 3 000 000 tenge (excluding VAT) – for 2022;

– 3 000 000 tenge (excluding VAT) – for 2023.

Term and place of submission of applications for participation in the procedure of selection of auditing organization:

from «21» July 2022 to «19» August 2022, Nur-Sultan city, Alikhan Bokeikhan str., 12 BC «Bolashak», on working days from 9-00 to 18-30 hours, 9th floor.

An electronic and paper copy of the Request for participation in the procedure of selection of auditing organization authorized representatives of potential participants can be obtained at: Nur-Sultan city, Alikhan Bokeikhan str., 12 BC «Bolashak», on weekdays from 9-00 to 18-30 hours, 9th floor.

A request for participation in the procedure for selecting an auditing organization will be submitted to potential participants, upon their formal request.

This request is placed on the site of LLP «Amangeldy Gaz», since LLP «Mangyshlak-Munai» is in trust management of LLP «Amangeldy Gaz».

Audit services scope:

— Mangyshlak-Munay LLP financial audit for the period from January 01, 2022 to June 30, 2022, from January 01, 2022 to September 30, 2022, and from January 01, 2022 to December 31, 2022;

— Mangyshlak-Munay LLP financial audit for the period from January 01, 2023 to June 30, 2023, from January 01, 2023 to September 30, 2023, and from January 01, 2023 to December 31, 2023.

The amount allocated for the purchase of audit services is:

– 3,000,000 KZT (VAT not included) – for 2022;

– 3,000,000 KZT (VAT not included) – for 2023.

Date and request location for participation in audit process:

From July 01, 2022 to July 15, 2022, 12 Alikhan Bukeikhan str., Bolashak Business Center floor 9^th, on weekdays from 9-00 a.m. to 6-30 p.m.

Authorized representatives of potential participants can receive an electronic and paper Request copy to participate in audit process at: 12 Alikhan Bukeikhan str., Nur-Sultan, Bolashak Business Center, floor 9^th, on weekdays from 9-00 a.m. to 6-30 p.m.

A request to participate in audit process will be provided to potential participants upon their official request.
