Social support of employees

Rules for provision of social support to employees of LLP “Amangeldy Gas” are developed in accordance with the Policy of providing social support to employees of national development institutions, national companies and other legal entities, shares of which are owned by JSC “Samruk-Kazyna”, are approved by the Directional board of “Samruk-Kazyna” in 30.04.2009 (protocol №46/09) with a view to create favorable conditions for effective work, retain and attract highly skilled employees to LLP “Amangeldy Gas.”

Rules are applied to all staff employees of LLP “Amangeldy Gas”.

Financial assistance is paid to employees at the expense of the Partnership in accordance with the Rules in the following cases:

• for recovery, given in paid annual labor holiday;
• because of birth or adoption of child;
• because of death of employee or member of his family;
• because of getting the first marriage;
• because of child care till one year;
• because of 50-years, 60-years anniversary of employee of Partnership.
